I would wear these at home by myself, but the crushed velvet look wouldn't be my choice for loungewear with others. It is warmand comfortable for relaxing or sleeping in. I ordered a little larger than Ithought I might need--iit's loose, but comfortably so. The sleeves are about 3 inches too long even though I have long arms. Easy to roll up. The legs come down to the ankles and have a bit of gathering at the bottom--not constraining, but helpful as it avoids any tripping. The crushed velvet pattern --shiny, almost metallic in green--isn't really my thing, but I like the warmth and comfort.
