Placed an order for two sets of black chairs, each consisting of four chairs. They brought two crates, and each box had four seats that had been dismantled. One of the boxes had creases and holes all over it. It found out that the equipment for one chair was missing several key components; specifically, there were no knitting needles or fasteners in black. In addition to that, out of these sixteen legs that were contained in this box, four of them were moldy.
