Missing parts. Poor quality.

Did not come with a complete set of screws. Used some replacement screws of same size. Screws are not sturdy enough to hold items without stripping. Fell off closet within 2 months of usage.

Liked the quality of the metal and capacity - using it for coats and jackets in a hall cupboard.

Минусы

The hooks may not be strong enough to support wet items
