Great quality in my review
I purchased these bands because the set I already owned were not strong enough for me. These take hip resistance bands to a new level for me. My thighs are ready for the new challenge. Great quality hip resistance bands!
- These bands are really tight. Not recommended for beginners.
- May not provide enough support for recovery exercises
