Cute and stretchy - my new review
The skirt is full and the fabric has a nice heft. I got the black 3X which is about 40 inches unstretched. There isn't elastic, but the fabric is stretchy and the 3x can go at least to 48 inches. The wide belt is just cloth, so it doesn't stand on it's own and not much use as a belt, but that's not a big deal.
- I ordered a size larger than usual. It is a little big, but I think it will still be fine.
- The belt may not flatter all waistlines.
