I'm 5'7 and I weigh 116 lbs. I ordered the M. I have mixed feelings about this product. On the one hand, they're exactly as advertised; they're as short as they appear on the picture, but I was still surprised by how short they were! I have some cellulite under my butt and it was plain and visible for everyone to see. The shorts slip up your thighs while you're working out and it's really not uncomfortable (a lot of shorts do that), like I never got wedgies or anything and despite the sweat qnd heat, they never got sticky, so they never felt tight; they were also super soft on my skin and breezy. However I did feel awkward because of how much skin I kept accidentally showing. I ran on the treadmill for a good 30 minutes and my phone never slipped out the pocket, so that was great. Generally they were very comfortable and fit very nicely and I'm sure I'll use them at home for private workouts, but I probably won't wear them in public again.
