Disappointing Steaming Experience

Based on my experience with this Home AND Kitchen steamer, I was thoroughly disappointed. While the product design is cute and the price is low, the steaming capabilities are lacking. It took twice as long as other steamers I've used to steam my tea, and even then, the water wasn't hot enough for a truly satisfying cup. Save your money and invest in a better quality product..
