this is the second brand of creatine i’ve ever used. the first brand was some terrible stuff from GNC. it was so unbelievably gritty. it straight up felt like you were drinking water with sand in it. what’s pathetic though is the fact that i didn’t know any better lol i thought all creatine must be that way. but anyway i wanted to get on a subscription so that it would just automatically be delivered when i need it to. i found this brand with loads of good reviews and i decided to try it. this stuff is WAY better! i legitimately can’t tell that there’s any creatine in my drink. there’s no grit whatsoever. also perhaps due to my old creatine not dissolving very well, i wonder if i wasn’t absorbing much of it. i say that because i most definitely have gained more muscle mass since using this brand. idk if it’s due to its ability to dissolve/absorb better, or if i’ve just been smashin it at the gym more than usual, or if it’s just generally better quality all around, but i just know i’ve gotten bigger and stronger and i love this stuff.
