Just received this bag, so cannot talk about durability. It is not an amazing bag, but it seems to be sturdy and good looking for the price. The big problem? it doesnt have a shoulder strap and the handles are too short to carry it on the shoulder - if the bag is fully packed.I like to keep my hands free to handle IDs, a coffee or use the phone - especially when I am travelling.There are other ones, similar clean style with shoulder straps, but they are bigger than 18" - which is the limite to fit under most airplane seats. I will keep looking. :-(
