Reflective sign failed in low light

Based on my experience in Industrial and Scientific field, I found this safety sign to be highly ineffective. Despite being marketed as "reflective", the sign failed to catch any light in a low-light environment, rendering it useless... The lack of luminosity makes it difficult to perceive from a distance which may lead to accidents. Pros: None. Cons: Poor reflectivity..
