These are a perfect fit for me, but others may find them just an inch or two short, depending on if you wear heels. I'm 5'4" and hover between petite & regular length pants. I bought regular in these. I need my pants to be a bit short these days because of a disability that affects my walking. Everywhere else these pants fit me PERFECTLY. The pockets are just the right depth, too! The waist is neither too loose or too tight. No bagginess, no tightness in crotch. Material is soft, thick enough to not worry about see-through (I bought beige, 1X) or coldness in fall or spring weather, but not too warm. I'd feel comfortable wearing these almost anywhere, even though I'm mostly house-bound now. I'm ordering another pair in a different color!
