Purchased for $780. It's hard for me to think that you can purchase anything of such high quality for so little money. Some people have written on this page that they say there is no HD there and that the resolution is merely 640x480. Therefore, this cannot be true. I communicated using both Skype and Google+, and the outcome was the same in both cases: the video successfully switched to 16:9 and 720p at some point during the conversation. In any event, there has not been in the past. I nearly didn't bother climbing into the bowels of the settings since I'm lazy and there's nothing to do, but the rather humorous functions for tracking the muzzle and movement almost swayed my decision. One piece of advice for those who are unhappy with their current situation is to either switch cars or operating systems etc.

After doing a lot of research and reading a lot of reviews before making my purchase, I wasn't expecting anything other than how fantastic the camera is. I purchased it in July of the previous year, and since then I have had zero issues with it. I won't rehash all of its benefits here; you should read the preceding section. Regarding the mount on its own, I was confused as to why the people were so unhappy with it. It was conceived in such a way that the camera would, in a sense, lay on top of the monitor in a slightly fixed position. I used it multiple times as a conventional video camera, so I didn't have to unfasten anything; I just pulled it off, took it off, and lifted it back with no issues all. It seems to me that this is more of a benefit than a negative. It was too lazy to poke it into another nest, so the focus worked precisely on the corner, and not on the church in our forest. The length of the string was sufficient enough to reach the window, but it did not extend far enough to reach the corner of the balcony.

In this particular scenario, the only persons who could possibly have disadvantages are those who are unable to operate equipment properly or who have not used other types of cameras (sorry, didn't mean to offend anyone).
