The photos are after 14 hours of wear. I wasn't going to do a review on this item, but at the end of a long day I noticed this eyeliner looked good still, with no running, smearing, or flaking. This liner is liquid so if you've not used liquid liner before, it takes practice. It has a dry matte finish and will not blend. I applied a gray crayon first and smoked it out a little before applying the crisp blue line. This eyeliner could be used for dramatic, bright looks, but typically I just dumb it down a little bit for work because I'm not trying to look like a teenager.
