As a southerner, biscuits are a way of life. So a good set of biscuit cutters is MANDATORY.That's where these come in. They cut my biscuits like they're supposed to. They cut right through and leave the pucks layers in tact (not sealed so they rise properly), and they rise beautifully. The welded handles are great, sturdy and keep my hands off the dough. Unlike some cutters, you don't have to dig in the thick dough to retrieve the cutter.The flour duster is more useful than I thought it would be. It gives an even dusting of flour for when you need to roll or fold your doughs. No tiny hills of flour or wasting extra dusting your surface. I would use it for sugar dusting or seasoning dusting as well.Overall a nice set.
