Transformative best in my review

I upgraded from the 5 minute journal to this one. I love the informative opening and the weekly reflections.I could do some of this on my own but I think having this tool is really a great way to transform life. Everyday you shape your inner self on the subconscious level, how amazing!I love this and am totally getting the next version.
