Great training aid and gets all golf muscles activated
Have put off purchasing one if these for no particular reason. Son in law convinced me a couple of weeks ago . He felt it would really improve my Tempo and swing plane. He was right on the money. After 10 tens of workouts doing twice daily instead of once daily there is a ridiculous amount of improvement in tempo.strength and control. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Son in Law.😀😀😀
