After reading a few reviews I was hesitant about the product and the need to remove the ignition switch from the dashboard. Not a difficult task, but I would rather not. Long story short, the sticky putty once slightly warmed worked perfectly. Gentle, even pressure to spread the putty over the entire surface of the "Start/Stop" button and a quick pull.out came the O.E.M. black button. Easy as 1,2,3. Then a simple placement of the new red button and done.
