Nice until the string broke on 4th use
Good looking umbrella, lights worked, easy to put up and open, thought I had a winner for a great price. Then on the 4th use the string that opens the umbrella via the crank broke. Just like that it’s useless. I contacted Sunlax hoping for an easy replacement but they directed me to work it out through Best Buy. Thankfully Best Buy is a 10 out of 10 stars in handling these kinds of issues and they’re sending me a replacement with no hassle whatsoever. Maybe the next one will last longer. Great looking umbrella for the money but the quality was weak in my case. We’ll see how the replacement works out.
