We were excited to try out another product from Pet Supplies but unfortunately, this one didn't live up to our expectations. Based on our own experience, we found this automatic feeder to be cheaply made and unreliable. The few times it did work, it caused a mess with the floating measuring feature. The only positive thing we can say is that the feeder did come with clear instructions. However, we don't recommend wasting your money on THIS one..
