I'm extremely pleased with this product. I've had almost no issues (will get into that below, but it was comparatively minor) with this since I bought it lasat year, and it has been on 24/7 since I recieved it with no freezes/crashes (acting as an Untangle NGF for a 300Mb/s WAN connection).Starting a little over a week ago, I had a single NIC start failing on me (my acting WAN port), and within 24 hours of opening a support ticket and exchanging some details, I have a replacement on the way to my doorstep, and a return shipping label in the box for my current unit. For the time being, I just moved my WAN connection to another port and that temporarily solved my issue, so even with this inor failure, the unit as a whole is still chugging along.If I need to buy a faster model for myself, or someone I know needs a barebones network appliance, I will absolutely recommend Protectli.
