We bought these tiles to protect a hardwood floor for a bedroom turned into a home gym. The tiles are easy to put together and are imprinted on both sides of the tile. My only gripe is that even wearing shoes, they do not provide traction to properly stretch or plank. I've tried 3 different types of shoes and they all slip on the tiles. You have to use a yoga mat or something similar to provide the proper traction. Since we are walking in these tiles with bike shoes, they do leave impressions from the shoes clips, but we can just flip the tiles if they become unsightly. Overall the tiles do a great job, but I wish they had more traction.
