Great knives but do require real care
These are a great set of knives for the price. I use them almost daily and they’ve maintained their sharpness and edge throughout all my meal preps. I do want to add these knives need special care and upkeep. Wash with just dish soap and warm water and dry off immediately. Do not let them sit in water or toss in the dishwasher. I have a feeling some of the chief complainers are written by Karens who’ve never owed a high quality knife and care more about
