Caution, Caution, Caution! This supplement may be too strong for some!

This product is extremely potent!7-Keto DHEA for some is a very powerful central nervous system stimulant.10 - 15 mg of this might work in the morning; but I found by taking 100 mg it brought on various side effects to my central nervous system. The main side effect was insomnia. I did not discard this item; I feel that I will be able to open the capsule and use 5% to 8 % in my preworkout. I hope I never take 100 mg at one time again! Was unable to sleep all night long.The bottom line:I know everyone is different and some may find 100 mg fine; but use caution 100 mg may prove to be Much Too Strong!Be careful with this supplement; one of the side effects is insomnia!
