I need to return this product it is too thin , but I’m not able to find a return button

No good, too thin and kinks too easily, no option for return even though the listing says it’s returnable  That's my feedback!

Плюсы

fit down a oil dipstick rube and allowed oil sampling without oil change.

Минусы

Completely unusable with all the kinks in it. Would be nice if it came how the photo looks.
