Overall, this is well made and has a nice "industrial” look. However, don’t assume that the pre-drilled holes at "16-on-center” will align with your existing construction. It really depends on the size of the door and how the house was framed. For example, I mounted a 12’ track and was only able to place the lags into studs in 5 of the 10 holes.The other 5 holes required using the plastic anchors included with the hardware, and this creates a problem. The lag screws provided create way too much torque for the anchors to hold in 1/2” sheet rock, causing them to spin and fail. This mounting technique is insufficient for this application.
