Bought this surge back in October 2021 and it worked perfectly until a week ago. I reached out to customer service because the surge came with an 18 months warranty and they were outstanding. They only required a picture of the defective surge and as soon as I provided the evidence they shipped out a brand new surge for replacement at $0 cost, not even delivery fees.I'll definitely recommend this product and any other of the TESSAN brand due to this wonderful experience I had with them.It's really important to check out and activate the warranty for any purchase, you never know when it'll be useful.
