I received this laptop case 4 days after I ordered it and was excited to open it and use it. The packaging was good, it came in a zip lock bag and it had the Voova brand tag attached to the handle. There was no foam inside the case to "keep its shape" which was nice because that meant the case has some substance to it and it's not a floppy thin case like you see with the neoprene type sleeves. When I unzipped it, all the zippers were smooth. When I opened the case, it felt nice and soft inside, and almost felt like a memory foam also. My HP Envy x360 15.6" laptop fit perfectly in length and there was still room in the width. I was also able to put the charger & cord in the front pocket as well as a slim mouse and you can also fit other small accessories like thumb drives or a small portable hard drive, phone, etc. I just don't want to cram too much into the front pockets as I don't want it to be too heavy on top of the laptop screen. I can't rate it on the water resistance but I'm sure a little bit of light rain wouldn't do harm but I wouldn't drop it in a pool or anything like that. I bought the gray color and it's nice, it's different from the standard black color. The handle placement is different and it makes sense because it would be easier to remove from a backpack if needed vs having the handle on the long side of the case (like a briefcase). I would recommend purchasing this case and the price is very reasonable considering the quality of the product. Only time will tell about the durability of the product but I think with careful handling, it should last a long time.
