I ordered the medium for my smaller dog whose neck measured 13.5 inches at the time; it fits great and had enough extra room for a bit of post-adoption weight gain. I had been gifted a harness of the "step in” type that hadn’t fit a friend’s dog well. It’s so, so much easier to put this on- over the head and one loop and snap beats "ok dog, put both your arms in these holes” anytime. So far it is durable, but it’s only been a few weeks.The matching leash is very cute. I wouldn’t want to walk my Great Pyrenees on it, but it looks darling on my little guy. I didn’t realize it would be included. FYI it only has the collar snap on it, a D ring would be ideal for poop bag holders but I can’t really complain since I thought I was paying for the harness only!
