I bought my first pair of headphones back in February 2022, and a month later the right earbud stopped charging and didn’t respond to anything at all. I was refused a warranty replacement, because I did not have a box with a serial number for the headphones, they told me to contact the store where I bought them. The store was sent to the central office, since the TT itself does not have access to the database with a list of goods sold. The central office was asked to write an official letter addressed to the General Director. After that, the answer came that they allegedly do not have the right to provide such information to ordinary citizens. At the Xiaomi office itself, I was told that they are not responsible for the actions of their distributors and dealers, they say if you want everything to be ok, buy only on the official website or in company stores. After I bought a second pair of the same headphones, this time I kept the box. After a month of use, the situation repeats itself again. But, unexpectedly, the first pair of headphones started working correctly. It turned out that it was only necessary to completely discharge the box together with the headphones, after charging, and they work as they should. So now I live, I use one pair for a month, another for a month. Then the cycle repeats. My advice: "If you have a small budget for buying TWS headphones, then think again before taking this product, but if you decide to take it, then take 2 pairs of headphones at once and only through the official website of Xiaomi." The final rating is 1, since I did not experience any pleasure from using it.
