Surprisingly good quality!

I bought this hat for a Halloween costume (team rocket grunt, lol) and this TOTALLY fit the bill! It is the right size, and the cap is very sturdy. The quality of the fabric is very good, and it has a way to adjust to fit your head size. I. might even wear it outside of Halloween :)

Love this hat. I have a big head and it fit really well. Wish I could find one like this in wool.
