Good weight good for me
a Little bulky. The strap will rub against your skin if they are not worn over long pants or high socks. Good work out. Will definitely add resistance to your work out. Great for adding weight to your body for more intense pull ups and leg raises to build ab muscles.
- These work great for workouts for elderly which unfortunately now I am Fortunately. 😃
- They are not recommended for beginners
