1- The sound is HORRIBLE, low frequencies are weakly expressed and mids and highs are very mediocre, the sound is muffled, no detail and depth. Warming up the headphones will not fix the situation. 2- The LHDC codec only aggravates the situation along the way, starting to waste the battery more. 3- There is no margin for volume. Quiet. 4- This is individual, but in my ear they sat very uncertainly, constantly fell out with any of the 7 pairs of ear pads (even foam ones did not save the situation). 5- False alarms of the sensors of the headphones themselves and the connection to the phone when they are removed in the case. 6- Lack of app for global version. I don't have to learn Chinese and dance with a tambourine to get these headphones to play and work properly, if at all possible. 7- Lack of codecs for higher quality audio transmission.
