This product is bad because you are limited to only being able to train the extensor muscles.A better product in 3 steps:1. Get bucket2. Fill with rice(best) or sand(if you are desperate)3. Train your flexors AND extensors!
- it will get your hand back in shape fast
- May take up too much space in a smaller home or office.
