I order a black in a small the marled grey in the petite small. (I am average small-med). I loved the black and rated it so; and, I find that the petite is perfect as well! Laying the two together, I found that the difference between the two is the petite is a hem length shorter; every other seam lined up to the regular small. I found this to be great!
