Very sturdy and comfortable to hold
This is perhaps one of the best handles on revain not just at this price point which is incredibly. It is well made and the sturdiness gives a sense of security. I use them with resistance bands and they make bicep curls, lateral raise, overhead press and many other exercises easy to perform. The only thing I hoped was that they made the ropes a bit shorter.
- The SELEWARE Cable Machine Attachments are easy to install and can be connected to any standard cable machine
- The resistance band attachment is not as effective for building strength and endurance as other gym equipment
