So I'm a buff guy but got that butt smaller than my other muscles so i thought id try this to even things out while i work on squats building a bigger but lol it fits good but alittle small and the padding is very small so it's Not noticeable but does feel like the padding can be better since it's so thin and basiclly adds little to no improvement and it's sorts small so it feels like a diaper lol. Hard to say if it's worth wearing I'm a 34 waist and I bought the xl. Hope it helps. The padding is very small and this so 3 stars.
