This spray is amazing. I had lavender infused pillows in high school that I loved and lately I had been having trouble falling asleep so I decided to look into lavender pillow sprays when I found this one. I wasn't sure about the chamomile, but I know that's the tea people drink when they want to go to bed so I just decided to go for this! I'll be honest, I didn't like the scent when I first sprayed it, but it wasn't off-putting so I headed to bed within a few minutes of spritzing my pillows. I wasn't feeling that tired when I laid down, but as soon as this scent flooded my nostrils, my eyelids got heavy and I was asleep in minutes! It was like magic! I use this almost every night now and when the bottle is empty I plan on ordering this again. I highly, highly recommend this to anyone that needs a little extra (natural) help falling asleep.
