Update: I contacted customer service and within the hour, they had replied and were putting replacement markers in the mail for me! It did take a week to receive (no fault of their own) and was able to use it the board for the rest of the season. Increased my rating but this never should have been an issue in the first place. Thank you!Received this board to help with my son’s little league baseball games. Wasn’t able to use it as both markers arrived bone dry. Had to go back to paper and pencil. So now we either return this, exchange it and hopefully we get it back by the end of the season or spend more money and pick up dry erase markers elsewhere
