I purchased this item because I wanted to have something with shoulder pads to wear under other clothes. I wanted to lower the neckline and change the shoulder pads, so I needed a fabric that could be cut and wouldn't run. This fabric is perfect. It can be cut and does not require finishing along the cut lines. I purchased it in white and black. The shoulder pad, fit, and warmth are perfect. It is quite large, so I ordered a small as I wanted it to be fitted.
