I rarely write a review, but the support and follow-up from this vendor, Awards4u, was outstanding. I had ordered these name badges several times with our logo and was always very happy with the badges. The logo's color and size were perfect, and the magnetic clip made our employees happy to use them. This last order, the logo was so small it was very hard to see. When I requested a refund, Awards4u replaced the badges within a week with the corrected logo size. This support was not expected but appreciated in the prompt action to ensure their product met our expectations. We will definitely continue ordering from this company.
