I severed ACL left knee and had 2 surgeries 25 years ago. Learn to live with the discomfort and pain. The winter are the worst. Because of the pain when walking I would get lower back pains as well. I’ve bought (LOTS) of braces/knee sleeves in the pass nothing seem to work. I put this brace on and the pain was gone in less then a week. I’m not getting paid to write this it does work and I want others to get the relief I’m having. When you first put it on you may feel you bought the wrong size I did. It does feel tight at first. Tight feeling goes away. It did for me. It’s not going to fix your knee problem but it fix my pain and I'm walking great again.
