Pop up and fold down means it is easy to transport to other places to play with.Balls and darts included with their own bagThe game itself is folded into its own bag as wellThe Velcro sticks but does loosen over time, and can be reapplied.I did not receive any hooks but found ways to make it stay upright.Grandchildren love this game.
