We like these so much that we bought five this week. I put the first one up in the kitchen, inside the pantry door. It closed just fine with the hooks that came with it. This was not the case on any other door we wanted to use it on. We tried several. So other reviewers are spot on when they say the hooks won't work; they will only work if you have enough clearance between the top of the door and the doorframe. Also worth noting: If you do use the over-the-door hooks, you won't be able to reach into the top one or two compartments! That part of the product is really exceptionally poorly designed.PROS:- Easy to assemble. You put a large sturdy bottom into each compartment, then slide sturdy cardboard pieces into the sides of each compartment.- Sturdy once assembled.- cute- The pockets were larger than I expected, but certainly not actually large.- It's an elegant storage solution for smaller items.CONS:- Hooks are too thick to work with most doors.- Hooks make it too high to use the top one or two compartments.RECOMMENDATION:Purchase separate hooks and attach them to the inside of the door.
