Weird fit and large neck hole

I like the color and material of this shirt, however it is very tight in arms and mid section even for a tall, skinny guy like myself (next size up would be way too long). But the biggest issue is the neck hole size - it is large and runs low just above the chesticles, I love cleavage but not own.
