Works well. More troublesome than a product you can leave in your shoe but haven't found another product that works better.
Bought for my husband who has metatarsalgia. It is working well so far. He would like something that he can leave in a shoe, so we bought several different types to see what works the best. So far, this works best, but taking on and off and washing not convenient. Getting out of pain is the most important part, so 5 stars for that.

- The pads can cause shoes to squeak when walking
