Four stars out of five because of poor DESKTOP ADJUSTMENT NOB PLACEMENT and the promoted APP CONSISTENTLY FAILS.THE BIKE ITSELF IS EXCELLENT. We are in our late sixties and my husband is recovering from knee replacement while I recently had a hip replacement. After research, we settled on the Exerpeutic 2500 Bluetooth 3 Way Adjustable Desk Recumbent Exercise Bike. It is comfortable and easy to adjust.HOWEVER, the desktop angle adjustment nobs MOUNTED UNDER THE DESK are in the way so we have to raise it unusually high just to have our knees clear. Re-engineering/designing needs to fix this obvious flaw. At 5'10" and 5'7" respectively this should NOT have been a problem.It is "whisper quiet" and does everything as expected except for the on-again, off-again MyCloudFitness app. My login worked by the third day of trying to access it and my husband's profile FAILS TO LINK even when his smartphone setup mirrors my own. Repeated attempts made on successive day to no avail.Yesterday MY login (even though home and cell phone wireless accounts fully active) FAILED. I was never able to track my workout. What good is an app when it's hit-or-miss and frankly more trouble than it's worth?
