Does work but not for sensitive stomachs.
Everytime I take it and go to the gym I am pouring sweat and it does exactly what it should. However, after taking it 2 separate times, I had diaherrea afterwards. I had only taken 1/2 cap. So, I hate I can't take it but I'm going to have to try something different.
