This is just as described and pretty cute for a holiday chuckle. It does dance in a little circle and he's a well dressed gnome. I think it would get a gathering singing jingle bells together and amuse the little kids.His shoes are substantial so it doesn't tip over and the music shuts off after one chorus, so it behaves.It's easy to access the battery panel and batteries are easy to install. There is an on and off switch so it can be silenced when you've had enough. The only issue is it takes a good pat on its body to get it to start once the switch is turned on. The arms are bendable and the hat stands up nicely. All in all, it's a nice addition for under the tree.
