The foot bed fit true to size, however, the straps were loose as well as the strap that goes over the toes. The ankle straps are adjustable so they would have been ok but the strap across the toes let my foot slide pretty far forward. So if you have super skinny/narrow feet, these may not be for you.They’re a nice color, more gold than the picture which looks a bit muted. The glitter does fall off. I cannot speak to how long that would hold up.
