Through trial and error I found that this mouthguard offers no real protective benefit for sports and outdoors enthusiasts. While it may be marketed towards basketball professionals and beginners, the fit is uncomfortable and hinders communication on the field. The only upside is the variety of colors available. Save your money and invest in a better mouthguard. .
